For over 35 years, we have been providing comprehensive electroplating services and are currently one of the largest and most modern plating facilities in Poland, equipped with both automated drum and rack lines.
We offer weak acid zinc plating, alkaline zinc plating, zinc-iron, zinc-nickel, copper plating, and nickel plating. Additionally, at the request of our customers, we provide a final sealing treatment known as coating, to ensure the best possible corrosion protection.

Processes in Our Galvanizing Facility
- Surface Preparation: Initially, the surfaces of the metal products are thoroughly cleaned to remove all contaminants and greasy residues. This is a crucial step that ensures good adhesion of the new metal layer.
- Pickling: The components undergo a chemical bath that removes rust, scale, and other impurities, preparing the surface for the galvanizing process.
- Galvanization (description of electroplating): The metal elements are immersed in a carefully selected electrolyte containing zinc ions and then subjected to electric current. This process allows the zinc in the electrolyte to react with the surface of the galvanized components, forming a protective layer.
- Passivation: After the galvanization process is complete, the products are carefully passivated to the appropriate color according to customer requirements. They are then subjected to a drying process.
- Quality Control: At the end of the galvanizing process, each product undergoes very precise and complex quality control in our laboratory.
Laboratory
Our specialized technologists responsible for the quality of the services provided and products have access to a professional, modern, fully equipped analytical and measurement laboratory, where they continuously monitor all processes.
In the laboratory, specialized tests and measurements are conducted, including:
- Physicochemical analysis of galvanic baths
- Assessment of galvanic bath parameters in a Hull cell
- Testing of corrosion resistance conducted in a salt chamber
- Measurement of the thickness of galvanic coatings using X-Ray radiation
- Measurement of coating thickness using electromagnetic thickness gauges
- Measurement of the concentration of chemical compounds in a sample using a spectrophotometer
- Visual analysis of the appearance of the galvanic coating
- Hardness testing of components and static tensile tests
- And many more.
