Screw production

In our factory, equipped with modern machines and technologies, we produce fasteners according to DIN standards and customer specifications based on documentation.

Our manufactured screws are offered with various anti-corrosion coatings, galvanic coating thicknesses, and corrosion resistances, depending on the individual needs of the customer. As a result, our steel products are more durable and resistant to damage.

Thanks to advanced manufacturing processes, we are able to meet even the most demanding projects.

Production Processes

The production of screws from wire is a complex industrial process that involves many stages, starting from the processing of raw materials such as bars and wire, forging blanks, rolling threads, to the final anti-corrosion finishing and packaging of the finished products.

Production stages

1. Material Preparation:
The first step is to prepare the appropriate material in the form of wire. The wire can be made from various types of steel, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy steel. The wire is delivered in the form of rolled coils or spools.

2. Preparing the Press Machine:
Next, the press machine is appropriately set up and configured for the production of the desired diameter and length of the screw. The press machine contains specially designed dies that form the screw head and shank, which will be threaded in the next stage.

3. Threading:
The next step is threading, which involves forming the thread at the end of the screw. During the rolling process, the screws are gradually shaped, and the material is extruded through the jaws of the roller, giving it the shape of the thread. This process is carried out by gradually reducing the distance between the jaws of the roller, allowing for smooth thread formation on the screw.

4. Heat Treatment:
The next stage is heat treatment, which aims to improve the mechanical and strength properties of the screws. In some cases, particularly when an enhancement of the mechanical properties of the screws is required, they may undergo heat treatment, such as hardening, normalization, or tempering. Heat treatment can improve hardness, strength, and corrosion resistance of the screws.

5. Surface Finishing:
After heat treatment, the screws may undergo various surface finishing processes, such as zinc coating, nickel plating, blackening, or applying a protective layer to enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetics.

6. Quality Control:
At every stage of production, the screws undergo strict quality control to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications. Dimensions, threads, strength, and other parameters are examined.

7. Packaging and Distribution:
After the production process is completed, the screws are packaged according to customer requirements and prepared for distribution.

The production process of screws from wire requires advanced machinery and technology, as well as experience and precision to ensure high quality and durability of the finished products.
